Even though I had it reviewed by a few friends, I still knew it needed more, you know that polished resume you feel confident to send out with no doubt which to me is key when hitting send before waiting in hope of a response. Thus when I saw that great offer from a great HR proferssional I could not resist scheduling a 15 minutes session with her. I first got to know Sarah when she posted on LinkedIn offering her time and help with resume review sessions in the midst of the Covid-19 hiring freezes and layoffs. Hi there, I'm Sarah and I'm really passionate about helping people find their dream jobs and further helping them navigate their work environments so they can continue to see success in their careers. I have been recruiting for almost 10 years and hail from Ireland. I moved to San Francisco in 2015 so I've accumulated unique experiences and perspectives that come only with multi-national experience. I graduated from Dublin City University with a B.A. in Business with German and went on to get a Certificate in Training and Development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development. Training that I'm excited to share includes how to network at events and virtually, how to write goals for success, how to write self reviews, how to make the most of LinkedIn and tactics for lead generation.
